The training institute uses practical oriented, adult-friendly, participatory and interactive methods in order to maximize participants’ involvement; and tap diverse experiences. The above photo demonstrates the use of group discussion as it were during one of the training programs.

In addition others techniques employed include, but not limited to, case stories, lectures; participant research findings and plenary inputs. This mix of adult learning methods creates conducive learning environment, enhanced trainees’ participation, sustained interest and creates mutuality in experience sharing among the participants.
