Project Cycle Management (PCM)
Summary: A 5 Day course to be held on 02-06 May 2011 in Nairobi, Kenya and 16-20 May 2011 in Juba, Southern Sudan
Course Objective: To enhance participants' knowledge, skills and practices in results-based project management.

- Sustainability measures and practices
- Introducing change in a non-threatening way
